“I started working with Oniko a long time ago on a project at Zurich Insurance as a team leader in the client rollout at the time. I was then able to temporarily join ABB Schweiz AG as a supporter. This was followed by sporadic short assignments with various customers until I was given a longer assignment with the customer Takeda Pharmaceutical, where I coordinated the international rollout projects. The activities were very varied and also involved traveling to other countries to support the production factories on site with rollout coordination. This was followed by an assignment at Swissgrid, where I have been conducting user training since mid-2020 and am currently working as an Infrastructure Project Specialist.

“After successfully completing my training as a systems engineer at Swiss Re, Oniko offered me the opportunity to switch to the field service area. After an exciting year in Swiss Re's IMAC department, I was able to switch to internal IT support. There I had the opportunity to deepen my specialist knowledge and get to know all facets of IT and the people behind it.
Since August 2023, I have been part of Printing Support, where I take care of all physical devices worldwide, as well as the server infrastructure, which is responsible for the future implementation of cloud printing.
